Magic World Festival is a specialized and highly configurable SaaS platform for the complete management of competitions, festivals, and contest-based events. The system was developed to support different formats - including dance, music, vocal, artistic, and other types of competitions - without requiring a separate platform to be built for each new event.
The main challenge was the different logic behind each competition. Every event can have its own categories, age groups, styles, fees, scoring system, judges, stages, halls, schedule, awards, and competition stages.
For this reason, the solution needed to be more than a system for one specific festival. It had to provide a flexible foundation on which multiple completely different events could be configured and managed.
What did we develop?
We developed a SaaS platform that allows an unlimited number of competitions and festivals to be created and managed, with each one configured independently.
Every event can have its own rules, categories, fees, judging panel, scoring system, schedule, stages, halls, and awards.
The platform also allows a dedicated public subsite to be created for each competition, with its own information, rules, categories, schedule, fees, awards, gallery, news, and registration.

Core platform logic
The most important feature of the Magic World Festival is the ability for each competition to operate according to its own logic without requiring a new system to be developed.
One event may use a particular set of age groups and scoring rules, while another may require completely different categories, fees, judges, stages, and ranking logic.
The platform allows these parameters to be configured individually while keeping all events within one shared technological environment.
The system also supports events with multiple stages and halls, including the simultaneous running of different categories and performances. This makes it suitable for larger-scale events with significantly more complex organizational structures.
How did we help the organizers?
Magic World Festival brings together processes that would otherwise require multiple separate tools and a significant amount of manual administration.
Registration, fees, schedules, judges, scoring, results, awards, and documents are all managed within one system, while many of the dependencies between them are automated.
For organizers, this means more centralized management and the ability to use the same platform for different events with different rules, formats, and levels of complexity.
The result
With Magic World Festival, we developed a flexible SaaS platform that digitalizes the entire lifecycle of a competition or festival - from event creation and configuration to participant registration, judging, rankings, and the generation of final documents.
The main value of the solution is that the system is not limited to one specific format. It provides a technological foundation for managing multiple different competitions, each with its own structure and rules, without the need to build a new solution for every future event.
